  1. Football was played 60 years ago the same as it is now.
    Dubbing was played very frequently here.
    A ring was drawn and a taw or an alley was put in the ring and was fired at by other taws. What ever person hit it three times first would own it.
    Bowling was carried on to a great extent here. There was a leaden ball which was very heavy. The player the that threw the farthest won.
