  1. There are several holy wells in the parish of Aughagower. There are about five wells at least.

    There is a cure for sore eyes in the well at Ballygorman. The people bring some of the water for all sorts of diseases from the well at Cushen. There are also blessed pictures and handkerchiefs and medals left at the well as relics. The stations at
