    A strong man
    Míceál Mór Ó-hOistín was a very strong man. He showed his strength in this way. He carried three hundred of potatoes from Sealági ( a place in the hills) to his home which was a mile. He also carried a half hundred of oatmeal from Westport on top of his stick
