    1. In Punchbowl ,Meelick,there is an old ruin which was the residence of Capt.Fitzgerald 2 or 3 hundred years ago .An old woman used to say she heard 2 lords had dined there.It is now called Cranley's place.Cranley was a name for Jas Collins who lived there some 40 or 50 years ago.
