    every house.They are still used to boil pots by the fire ,the long legs allow a fire to be put under the pots.

  2. A Lossad
    In this part of the country bread is usually made in a "lossad" .It is made of wood with an edge all round it starting out-wards .it is about 18" square and the edge about 2" to 2 1/2 "high .Some lossads had only three sides and others have four.
