    boys go out and open gates and let cattle on to the road.
    The wren boys go around on St. Stephen's day and get money. They dress up in funny clothes and sing songs and dance. If the man or woman of the house does not give them any money they threaten to bury the wren at the door-step so that the people of the house my have bad luck for the rest of the year.
