    7. The boys make snares to catch rabbits by getting a piece of copper wire and making it into a ring and tying a short stick to it, then puting the stick down in the ground on a rabbit's path and when the rabbit would be running to or from his burrow he would run into the snare, it would tighten round him and he could not move.
