  1. Once upon a time there lived a man whose name was Francis Lawlor. He lived where Hugh Lee now lives. Saunderson was his landlord and he told him that he could stay there for three lives and thirty one years. Saunderson lived in Castlesaunderson at Cloverhill. When the time was up for Lawlor to leave the landlord went to put him out. Then Lawlor told him that he said he could stay there for three lives and thirty one years. Mr Saunderson said he meant to say three lives or thirty one years.
    When he left his house in Cloverhill be brought another one beside Lough Erne shore.
