    For a special dish they would put equal parts of meal and toppings and leave it steeping for two days. Then they strained it, put it into a pot, and boiled it till it was thick.

    The Bog Road, The Mountain Road
    Moyle Road, The Bailieboro' Road
    The Bog Road leads from Hugh Ward's to the Tory Bush. The Mountain Road leads from [?] Crossroad to Bailieboro'. The Bailieboro' Road leads from Bailieboro' to Kingscourt. The Moyle Road leads from the Moyle Bridge to Muff Crossroad. It was made sixty years ago. My Grand Uncle worked on it for 1/- per day. He had to support himself.
