    the fort; as he was going to bring it home, he heard a voice saying "leave it there," then he went home and left the tree there and as he was going home he died, the people say that he died because he cut the tree.

  2. There is a fairy fort situated in the townland of Cornahilt and in the parish of Castlerahan. It is circular in shape and it is made of stone and clay. There is no entrance to this fort and owing to this you would have to climb over the fence to reach the interior. There is no hole in the centre either.
