  1. There is a lake in the townland of Frael, in the parish of Denn. This lake is known as the Enchanted Lake.
    If any person stood near the edge of this lake, the ground would shake under him. He would want to be very careful or he would fall into it.
    Once upon a time a man was gathering brambles at the edge of it, and the ground began to shake under him, then his feet slipped and he fell in. He was going down and down; but could not reach the bottom.
