    she puts it into a butter a butter-cooler and it is ready for use. Then she goes to the churn and gets the enamel buckets and puts the butter-milk strainer to catch the small butter and she empties the milk into them and leaves them in a cool place the way it will not get thick or sour. Then it is ready for use. We drink the butter-milk and we make bread with it too.
