  1. There are "Lone Bushes" on many farms around this neighbourhood. There is none on our farm. There is one on Bernard Reillys hill and long ago a woman used to be seen sitting under the bush crocheting white wool. Nobody ever cuts "Lone-bushes" because they belong to the fairies. There is another in Phil Ma [?] "bottom" another on William Reillys rock, and one on James Donohoes rock, one in Frank Smiths field, another on Gormans rock. These are all the "Lone Bushes" I know.
