    24. Cure for jaundice. Miss Dineen of Kiffa has the cure. She got it from an old woman. It is made by boiling a herb. The patient takes the cure every morning fasting.
    25. Cure for Whitlow. Apply a poultice made from orange lily roots.
    26. To remove a thorn. Apply a paste of brown sugar and soap and the thorn will easily be removed.
    27. To top bleeding. Put a cobweb on the cut
