    Recipe for Boxty."
    Take twelve potatoes, peel and grate them. Squeeze through a cloth. Have some boiled potatoes bruised and add to the squeezed potatoes. Mix well together and add a teaspoonful of salt and some flour. Make into a cake. Put into a well greased oven and bake.
