    Get a dozen of nice sized potatoes. Wash clean and boil them till soft.
    Drain off the water and peel them.
    Mash them through a masher.
    Then add some flour and a little salt.
    Mix well and roll out on a bread board. Cut in squares and bake for about half an hour.
