one of them dropped dead quite suddenly his name was Condren. There is another cross on the side of the road leading to Tinahely. The cross is carved out of stone. It was put there because one night a man was going home in a horse and care and he fell asleep, the horse took fright and turned over the car and the man was killed, that happened about ninety years ago. There are a great deal of little trees growing around the cross.
