    Told by Tos. Tallon (see Page 68).
    "I don't know where it is but Johnny Kennedy knows where it was, down between Tinahely + the Railway, there are traces of it there still. But it was told to me fortruth, as far as hearsay is concerned from one to another that it was Black Tom gave Fitzwilliams their present estate. I don't know his name was only Black Tom. He had all Coollaltin + he made his will + he willed it all the Fitzwilliam in very peculiar words. And the Will was:
    'My body to the clay,
    And my soul to the devil
    And my land + my livings
    To Earl Fitzwilliam"
    it is told for Gospel truth that was the Will he made + that's how Fitzwilliam got his property.
