If the sky is red in the night time it is said that it will be fine.
If a cat turns its back to the fire, it is said that it will rain.
If the swallows fly high it is said that it is going to be fine, and if they fly low it is said it will rain.
If there is a great number of stars in the sky it is said there is going to be frost.

If a dog is seen eating grass, it is believed it is going to rain in the morning. If sheep are seen lying down, it is said it is going to be a fine day.
If the sky is red, there is going to be a storm.
