    cargo / had everything from a needle to an anchor as my narrator states, and though the vessel was a complete wreck all this cargo was completely salvaged.
    But her stuff was safely stored ?, and auctions were held for several months afterwards on the cargo.
    These auctions were held in a field alongshore / now the Mill field. Some of the auctioned or salvaged items have been in use alongshore here up to a few years ago.
    'Long pots' with very long legs / under which a fire could be places were common in several of the farmers places along this coast.
    There was also on Board an immense stock of Delph & Crockery ware
