We play many games during the days on which we are free from all work and lessons such as - Hide-and-go-seek, tig, scoop-tig, Trench-tig, colours, rounders, and many others which I cannot describe. At certain times in the year we play different games than those mentioned above, such as nut-cracking, dipping for apples and money in a cub of water, snap-apple, or snapping at a cross made from two pieces of sticks with a candle, an apple a blackened cork and another candle an them. Or going from house to house and if you hear anyone's name mentioned you are to get married to a person of the
