  1. A Noted Runner
Told by Tomas Cumaskey aged 53 years
    Dungimmon, Mount Nugent, Co. Cavan
One of the best runners in County Cavan was Jerm Tummon from Castle Rahan. He used to run along the country side.
He ran from Castle Rahan in to Mount Nugent on to Oldcastle and ran home again in three hours and he used to run at sports in Milbrook Virginia and Ballyjamesduff.
He got money prized for running at those places.
