was a famous singer. He used to go around to the houses to earn his living by singing. People used to invite him to parties in their houses. He is dead about sixteen years.

Barney O Roark from Tallanstown.
Joe Hot from Ballymakney was a strong man and a good mower. Paddy Cunningham from Ballymakney walked to Dublin and back in a day. My granny saw him. Greasy Fields was a good singer. Paddy Dillon Courvoy was a good dancer. Peter Dorauty from Killanny. He danced in Carrickmacross. My uncle saw him. Paddy McCabe could throw a stone a half a mile.
