  1. I often made a daisy chain in the summer time. This is the way I make it. I make a hole in the bottom of the flower and put the stalk of another flower through it and so on until I have about twenty flowers joined. Then I join the ends together, and the chain is made.
    We used to have great sport trying to see who would make the longest one.
