    The following song was composed by Jack Walsh. This man lived in Banagher, and he composed this song called "The BellustownRaces in County Meath.
    If a respite you borrow from turmoil or sorrow.
    I'll tell you the secret of how it is done.
    Tis found in this version of all the divarsions
    That Bellustown knows when the races come on
    Make one of a party whose spirits are hearty
    Get a seat on a trap that is safe not to spill,
    In it's well pook a hamper, then off for a scamper
    And hurray for the glories of Bellustown Hill
