  1. Oh Good morrow bright day. Oh Jesus direct me on
the right way. Keep my soul from sin and my body from shame and I arise this day in God's Holy Name.
There are four corners on my bed.
There are four angels standing by.
    Matthew, Mark, Luke and John.
Bless this bed that I lay on.
If I die before I wake,
I pray to God my soul he'll take.
To be said when you are in bed at night.
    A Prayer to the B.V.
Oh Hold Virgin mother of God and sure refuge of penitent sinners, intercede for me at this moment that this confession which I am about to make may not render me more guilty but may obtain for me the remission of all my sins and the necessary grace to avoid them hereafter, Amen.
