There is only one member of the family living in Ireland now and he is a Clergyman in the city of Limerick.
There is also another landlord who lived in the townland of Copsewood in the parish of Pallaskenry which derives its name from a priest of that name who lived there in former times. (Fr. Copps).
This landlord whose name was Caulfield had a very small estate but was very cruel on his tenants and it is said that he had a very bad agent named Hunt who did all this cruelty.
They built two mansions Milltown house and Copsewood house. About thirty years ago the manor and lands were sold out which amounts to about one hundred acres and the Salesian Fathers bought it.
Other land owners in the district was Westropps who owned the land of Glenameade and parts of Adare parish and always lived in Endland.
