  1. One day a farmer's cattle strayed and he told a servant who was a fool to look for them in the likely places first and then in the unlikely places. The farmer went away and on his return the boy was above on a house taking off thatch. The farmer asked him what he was doing. The boy told him that he had tried all the likely places. When he had the likely places tried he was to try the unlikely places and he said that the top of the house was one of the unlikely places.

  2. A master was telling his class one day that man was made of clay. After some time he asked his class what was himself made of. The master was very yellow and one of the boys put up his hand and said yellow mud.
