Ar an leathanach seo

  1. Long ago there was a pot of gold hidden in the old chapel in Ballybrowney near Moulane cross. Five people from Rathcormac went in search of it namely, Thomas Getlings, Dennis Egan, Daniel Murphy, John Ring, and Patrick Callaghan. Before they went they were told that some of the five of them would die. So they were afraid to go. There were people from Cloyne came there and dug holes all round the chapel which can still be seen. It is not known for certain whether they found the gold or not.
