  1. Long ago there lived in a wood a leipreachan, it was said that he possessed a great deal of gold. One day a man came and asked him to give to give him as much gold as would build a new house for his family.
    The leipreachan showed the man where the gold was and he told him to take as much as would build the house for him. When the man was taking the gold the leipreachan told him if ever he saw him trying to get gold again, his house would be burned and he would be poor for the rest of his life.
