  1. Saint Inghean Bhuidhe is the patron Saint of the Blessed Well. The Blessed Well is situated about one hundred yards from the old grave-yard in Dromtariffe.
Sain Inghean Bhuidhe had two sisters Lorra, and Lotain. At first the three sisters lived near Cullen.
They were so holy they decided to seperate and live as hermits in lonely places.
Latairn remained in Cullen, and Lorra went to Cíll Lorrain. Saint Inghean Bhuidhe came to Dromtariffe.
On the sixth of May each year all the people come to the Blessed Well to pay rounds. All the people do not pay rounds in the same way.
