    the sign of the cross on the horse's back with a piece of a stick, he then got up in the car, + went on his journey, but all the time he was crushed in the cat + could not see anything this continued until he came about one hundred yards from his own house then everything disappeared, he came in + unyoked his horse + put him up in the stable, + came in + ate his supper and went to bed. And when he got up next morning the horse was dead.

    In years gone by there was a local fair held in our little village of Timahoe.

    In years gone by there was a local fair held in out little village of Timahoe. It came to be known as a cattle + sheep fair, it was held monthly, on the green + every one would bring their cattle from all parts, as cattle were a great price at thime but they are not as good nowadays.
    There was also a loanful Bank a that time in Timahoe at time it was erected above the Post Office
