    When driving cows into a field the words "How or How in" are used, when driving out "How out."
    The cowhouse is known as the byre.
    There are two different kinds of byres.
    One with a single row of cows and the other with two. In the latter the animals face different walls with a passage about three feet wide between the two rows.
