  1. The old people around here would tell you many old and funny stories for instance, there was a man going to the fair and he had another man hired to go along with him who slept with him that night. In the morning the hired man got up to see was it dark and he got up several times. This went on until it was about 8 o'clock in the morning when it was too late to go to the fair, because the hired man was not used to the place and there was a door from the hall into the kitchen and the man opened the kitchen door every time and never thought of opening the hall door.
