  2. There was a ford in the river Abha Bheag to facilitate people crossing from Loughfouder to Meenleitrim which is on the opposide bank,
    The ford consisted of block stones about three feet high and about a foot square. The stones were placed about two feet apart.
    This ford crossed that part of the river that runs by Michael Tobin's land in Loughfouder.
