  1. There was once an old man, and one day he sent his son to the market to sell a sheep's skin. He told him to bring home the skin and the price of it.
    He spent a great part of the day in the market but could not sell the skin. Late in the day a young girl came up to him, and asked him why he did not sell. He told her that his father told him to bring home the skin and the price of it, and he did not know what to do. She told him that it was easy manage that, by shearing off the wool and selling it, and bringing home the skin, together with the price of the wool.
    The boy went home and told the story to his father who asked him if he would recognise the girl again. The son told him that he would.
