    "When parting from my lovely shore close to my mind recall
    "The clay when first upon your Banks in childhood I did stray.
    "And now I am posting far from thee and forced to cross the sea.
    "There's a castle by my dwelling place build by the Danes of old.
    "And the praises of its risen walls I shortly will unfold.
    "For after toil is over to this place I will repair
    "I have a view all around me as I sit in silence there
    Th castle stones upon a height of fifteen feet or more
    "It lies North of Cliffoney town. East of Mullaghmore.
    "You have a view of famed Bundoran and around by Donegal.
    "And on Summer's calmest evenings you can hear the Duff water fall
