  2. Long ago there was a man living in Kilmore and whatever way he used to knot himself up he used to go into a man's shoe. He was one night inside at home, and he said to his father "I bet you I will put you sitting on the chair outside in the yard and the doors bolted." They all said it was impossible, so whatever he did, the old man was found outside in the yard sitting on the chair. He used also stand on the top of his head up in the top of a canoe from Poll Buidhe to the Castle how ever rough it would be or whatever way the day would be.
