  1. There was once a man and he went to the fair to buy a cow. He saw a cow with a straw rope around her neck in the fair. He bought the cow and when he had her paid the man who sold her wanted the straw rope but the other man refused to give it. He brought home the cow and when his wife made the butter the churn was full of butter. The next time the same thing happened and the third time she went to the priest. The priest told her to bury the straw rope as deep as she could. She did and she had no butter after that.
