  1. If a person had a headache the old cure was a cup of black tea. When a person gets a jag in his foot when it is taken out the person must show it. If this is done the spot will not beeld.
    If you cut your finger and it continues bleeding the cure is, to hold it above your head, where you won't see it. Then it will stop bleeding.
    If you ever get stung by a nettle, pull the nearest dock-leaf and rub the sting spot with it.
    The old cure for the whooping is to go under a donkey and round over his back three times.
    Warts are supposed to be cured by breaking a piece of a sally rod from the tree. Roll a piece of string around it, and rub the wart with it.
