Then the wolf went to a miller and got him to cover him with flour, and then walked back to the kids house, and said "I am your mother open the door", so the kids said "show us your feet and we will know if you are our mother". The wolf put his feet up on the window and when the kids saw the flour, they let him in. At once the wolf charged on them, and they tried to hide everywhere but he got them all but the one in the clock. A short while afterwards, the mother came and saw the door open, she begain calling them all, she came to the kid in the clock, it came out and told(continues on next page)
