   The usual number of meals the people used to get in olden times was two meals a day. The meals they used to get were a saucepan of yellow meal and a cup of buttermilk. This meal used to be eaten in the evening. Work used to be done in the morning before breakfast for nearly three or four hours and sometimes they would
