    day the corn was ripe and the men that gave the Holy Family the drink were cutting it. The soldiers came after them in hot pursuit and asked the reapers did they see a man, a woman, and a child pass along and they said that they did when they were sowing the corn. The soldiers thought that it was a long since they passed and where about to return when a darrage-dale said "indé indé". The soldiers went off again in hot pursuit. It is said since then that if you would kill a darrage-dale there would be seven sins taken of your soul.
