  1. One day Pat Duffy of Lanmore was coming from Midgefield from his sister's house. He was coming above Conry's of Lanmore when a big fog came and he was put astray. The fairies put him down hills and he said himself he thought he was coming home all the time. When he was going down these hills he never felt them a bit. He thought he was in a lovely place. While he was going along he could hear lovely singing and talking. He never felt until he was struck up against Knappa Church. He stood there until the fog went and then
