  1. There are three tailors now in the district. They work at their homes and they do not travell from house to house. The tailor does not stock cloth. Cloth is not spun or woven locally. There are no sayings or traditions connected with tailors or tailoring. The implements the tailor uses are scissors, a sewing machine, a "goose" which is a big iron, sewing needles and a lap board. Shirts are made in some home. The type of cloth used is cotton or flannel. Stockings and socks are knitted locally. (There) Thread is not spun in the homes as
