    There are fairy forts in this district. They are called moats and forts. There is one in the townland of Moortown. It is not in (sight) view of any other fort. It is almost round and there is a gripe all round it and there is a hedge round it also. There is no entrance going into the center. There is a story attached to this fort. It is said that
