  2. A Great Storm
    There was a very severe storm in 1903. It happened on the twenty-sixth of February. It blew down many trees across and that left the road impassable. It lifted the roofs off galvanized sheds and houses. It blew slates off houses also. The farmers suffered heavy losses because their hay and straw were blown
