Ireland with Cromwell .He hunted the people out of their houses and land, and divided them amongst his soldiers.
A tenth of every crop that the farmer saved had to be given up to the ministers ,and the people who had no land had to give money. This was collected by the land-lord's agent and was for the upkeep of the protestant clergy.
