  1. (continued from previous page)
Now every part shows the vestige of art
The grain over marshes is blooming
The natural wild is domestic and mild
And flowers over swamps are perfuming
The brushwood, the brake now yield to the rake
The moor, in the garden, is smiling
Neat pruned are the bushes with warbling of thrushes
The husbandman cheers at his toiling
The skill and the taste which here may be traced
In cropping and fencing and draining
In paddocks and bounds and plotting of flowers
Are fit for a bard's entertaining
All praise to the wise and bold enterprise
    Who prompted those excellent labours
And guided the owner of Moughna with honors
To bless and enlighten his neighbours.
