  1. An Old Story about Marriage
Once upon a time a man had two daughters one of them was beautiful and the other was an ugly one.The father was making a match for the beautiful daughter. The man she was to be married to often paid a visit to her house.
When he came the father used put the ugly girl into a room until he was gone. So on the morning of the wedding it was the ugly girl they dressed for the marriage. When the bridegroom came the father welcomed him into the parlour and treated him until he was blind drunk.
Then the bride and bridegroom were married at the nearest Church. He did not recognise whom he had married until the day after. The father had it in his head all the time that it is the ugly dughter he would give to the man.
